Bookkeeping such as AP, the coding, entering, and setting up
payment schedules.

Have experience in AR, cash applications, posting payments,
resolving all discrepancies, posting to invoices or accounts,
reporting overages and shortages, NSF checks, credit
memos. Maintaining aging lists to calling to receive an update
on unpaid invoices

Working in Bookkeeping area with Payroll and Payroll Taxes
and deposits, Payroll reporting, scheduled and unscheduled.

For over 10 years have enjoyed and love what I do day to
day; another task that I enjoy is working with the Balance
sheets to show a review of the Company's financial status to
General Ledger, Journal Entries to the Profit & Loss reports.

There is no challenge to big or small that I will turn down;
work with small to mid-size companies of any Industry.

Off-site/Freelance Bookkeeping rates are always
cheaper than hiring a part-time or full-time

maybe a few days to a week depending on the Company needs and have you
up and running

Sheryl has been wanting to have her own business since early childhood
and use to turn her bedroom into an Office. She has graduated from Axia
College of University of Phoenix online with an Associates Degree in
Accounting getting the CPA license.

Sheryl also, one day, wants to be able to employ others that have the
same goal and dream of owning their own Bookkeeping/Tax and or CPA
Practice. She is affiliated with AICPA, a member of AIPB (American
Institute of Professional Bookkeepers), NBA (National Bookkeepers
Association).

In 2009, Sheryl has completed and passed the QuickBooks ProAdvisor
Program and is Certified as a ProAdvisor and Enterprise as well. Her
focus is to help small and mid-size companies with the Financial part of the
company with Bookkeeping and Taxes, help the company with budgeting
and showing the areas that would help reduce costs and gain expenses.

All companies of any Industry and sizes have deadlines in some sort of
way; Taxes are one of them, no way around it, Tax liabilities must be met
at a certain period and every quarter. What my service provides is the
assistance in helping to get the Company Tax liabilities met, to assist you in
preparation, the research time it takes in order that deadlines are met.

I have worked in Retail with opening and closing the store, ringing up
Sales, Inventory and running the daily and ending reports as well as
Ordering.

Worked in the Mortgage industry doing Bankruptcy and Cash
Management, modifications and have worked with AO, MFRs, REO,

Have experience in working for Non-Profit organization, Oil & Gas,
waste management, manufacturing industry. In all areas and aspects to
Bookkeeping.
